This policy explains what SS Advertising does with the information you send throughour contact form andour quote request form. It describes how the website actually works rather than listing every possibility.

What we collect

If you only read the site, we collect nothing from you. There is no analytics script, no advertising tag and no tracking pixel on any page.

If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive:

• Phone number (optional)
• Company name (optional)
• Which service you are interested in (optional)
• Your message (required)

If you request a quote, we receive:

• First and last name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Phone number (required)
• Company name and website (optional)
• The service you need and a description of the job (required)
• Timeline, and any preferred delivery date (timeline required)
• Estimated quantity and budget range (optional)
• Whether you want design, proofing, rush or delivery services (optional)
• Any additional information you choose to add (optional)

Both forms include a hidden field that real visitors never see and never fill in. It exists only to catch automated spam, and it collects nothing about you.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, price your job and deliver the work. Your enquiry is sent to our business inbox with your email address set as the reply address, so when we reply it reaches you directly.

The website itself has no database. Nothing you submit is stored on this site — it is validated, emailed to us, and then exists only in our inbox and in the records described below.

We do not sell your information, rent it out, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We will only hand it to someone else if the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own, and it does not use local storage to remember anything about you. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site, may set a cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated traffic. That is a security measure, not tracking, and we cannot read it or use it to identify you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email inbox so we have a record of what was agreed and can pick up repeat work. We keep them for as long as that is useful, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

• ask us to delete your enquiry and your details
• ask us to stop contacting you
